Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no credit card. You can find leads, write AI sequences, and send up to 20 emails a day without entering payment details.
What is a sending address?
A sending address is an email identity you send from. Use the zero-setup option (just your name and reply-to email, no DNS) or connect your own domain with SPF and DKIM for maximum deliverability.
What are credits used for?
One currency for everything: finding a verified email costs 5 credits (only when we actually find one), and each AI generation — writing or rewriting your outreach, drafting a reply — costs 1 credit. Monthly credits reset on your billing date; purchased credit packs never expire.
What is contact enrichment?
Scraped leads land with a business name, phone, and website but no email. Enrichment finds the verified email by scanning the website, directories, and data partners. A found email costs 5 credits — no charge when nothing is found.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No lock-in.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your contacts, campaigns, and sequences stay in your account for 30 days after cancellation. Export everything as CSV before then.
Do you offer refunds?
